Intermediate Hand Form ClassAfter completing Gung Ji Fook Fu introducing you to the system and building your foundation you are welcome to attend this class.

Beginner's Form ClassDuring this class you will learn the foundations that allow you to delve deeper into the art of Hung Ga Kung Fu.

Intermediate Weapon Applications & Sparring ClassThis class uses drills, application and sparring exercises to familiarise practitioners with using traditional weapons facing opponents with a variety of weapons.

All Welcome Sparring & Drills ClassThis class is for training drills & padwork, sparring exercises and free-sparring.

Advanced Form ClassThis class is for training advanced forms, by invitation only.

All Welcome Lion Dance PracticeThis class is for training Traditional Lion Dance from South China.

All Welcome Applications & Slow Sparring ClassThis class is for training applications with partners for self-defence and familiarisation with Hung Ga techniques. Slow sparring helps gain sensitivity and relaxation while working with other people.

Intermediate Weapons Form ClassYou can attend this class when you start learning the first weapon form: Hang Yuet Darn Dao.
Kids Classes contain a mixture of many of our training techniques. Classes are varied to make them enjoyable and to keep the children's focus and attention. Kids learn short versions of three adult forms: Gung ji Fook Fu Kuen, Seung Pao Gwan, Ji Mo Seung Dao before moving on to learning the longer adult forms. Gradings occur once or twice a year.

Tiny Tigers Ages: 4 - 6Very young children learn discipline, coordination, and self-defence in a playful, fun and supportive environment. Volunteers from the adult classes ensure there are many instructors for the class.

Regular adult group classes run on three evenings a week. The first session is free, which will give you a chance to meet others, ask questions, and see if you like the style. We are confident that you will find everyone to be friendly and knowledgeable and the classes to be a great learning environment.
Private Classes
Private lessons are available for those who want personal training in the art. Private classes are a great way to learn the basics, you can train privately for a period before joining the regular group classes.
Privates can also be used very effectively to complement group training, allowing more detailed explanations, greater attention, and more focus on your personal development.
