Private Classes

Private lessons are available for those who want personal training in the art.  Private classes are a great way to learn the basics, you can train privately for a period before joining the regular group classes.

Privates can also be used very effectively to complement group training, allowing more detailed explanations, greater attention, and more focus on your personal development.
